Adjust receiver sensitivity

1. The vertical height between the top surface of the receiver and the inner wall of the pipe should be adjusted to about 80mm (less than 80mm, it will easily rub against the inner wall of the pipe and damage the receiver; if it is higher than 100mm, the receiver will easily weaken the signal reception).

2. The sensitivity of the receiving regulator should be higher than that of the thick pipe wall (when the thickness of the pipe wall changes, the equipment can be positioned normally). The sensitivity of the thicker pipe wall should be adjusted first (and then the positioning distance of the thin-walled pipe is determined). The vertical height between the outer wall of the pipe and the bottom of the locator is 150mm. The criterion for completing sensitivity adjustment is that the receiver can receive the signal.

3. The placement of the receiver is adjusted according to the vertical height of the locator base and the outer pipe wall, and ensure that the locator also outputs signals at the 15
? center position (ensuring that the device can be monitored under any circumstances).

4. The sensitivity switch recommends the following options:

0 gear can penetrate a thickness less than 7mm; 1-3 gears can penetrate a thickness of 8-12mm; 4-6 gears can penetrate a thickness of 13-17mm; 7-9 gears can penetrate a thickness of 18-22mm; 10 The gear can penetrate thickness greater than 23 mm.
